• Following government guidelines the Modfather shop closed in mid March. We will be back in Camden once the situation improves, but in the meantime our online business continues.
  
• One member of the team is going in twice weekly to pick, pack and send out online orders.
  
• We have also revised our online returns policy, extending the allowed timeframe for returns to 21 days for purchases made during these difficult times.
  
• On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, you will be offered a full refund, or a slightly greater amount of credit against another item of your choice from our website. (We usually conduct stock checks daily, but this just isn't possible at the moment).
  
• If you return an item for exchange, you will have to pay the repost fee, to have the replacement sent to you. If you are returning an item that is faulty, which you can prove you did not order, or for any other reason that is a mistake on our part, we will pay for the cost of return postage.
  
• Online sales are providing a much needed lifeline for Modfather and we are grateful for your custom.
