Ashcroft Dario Camouflage Black - Jacket

Throughout his career, Richard has often sported a field jacket, MA1, or parka, so we’ve added two vintage military inspired outerwear pieces to the collection. 

To protect their tailored suits while riding a Vespa or Lambretta scooter, original mods in the 60s picked up US Army parkas in surplus stores and adopted the aesthetic. Sergio Tacchini’s Dario jacket owes much to this tradition, constructed from a premium cotton canvas, with a bungee cord toggled hood, concealed zip fastening and multiple chest pockets.

The limited edition jacket has been reworked in two classic camouflage designs, with a gold zipper clasp and gold Sergio Tacchini embroidered logo to the chest. 

The Ashcroft Dario jacket also comes with ‘RA’ Richard Ashcroft Music is Power cloth name tape, which can be sewn above the right chest pocket as you would expect to find on an original Army issued field jacket or parka from the 1950s onwards.
