Exclusive Misty in Roots - Football Shirt

We are delighted to announce that the legendary roots reggae band Misty In Roots have teamed up with Admiral & Modfather to bring you a reimagining of one of the most iconic England football shirts ever made, by one of the UK’s most historic sportswear brands.

The original official England Admiral design football kit was worn from 1980 - 83, but most notably at the 1982 World Cup in Spain by the likes of Kevin Keegan and Viv Anderson. Unlike the simple, traditional plain shirts of previous eras, this shirt featured bold diagonal stripes on the shoulders in distinctive contrast colours, instantly identifiable as representative of the nation.

Admiral and Modfather have reimagined Englands classic kit to celebrate Misty In Roots 50th anniversary! The silhouette of this pioneering design remains as relevant today as it did back in 1982, an essential for Misty In Roots, reggae and classic football shirt fans, collectors and enthusiasts.
